I made this card for the Pink Persimmon Cupcake Challenge.
The cupcake cup is folded cardstock, the top is inked tissue paper with beads glued on for sprinkles.
The sentiment panel has stamped words, cut/embossed corners, and a little embossed heart. (The embossing and edges of the cardstock were also inked with Whispers ink.)
